poor breakfast spotty wi-fi

The breakfast was quite lackluster. I hoped for more than just basic offerings. The Wi-Fi connection was also spotty, it made working remotely difficult. It seemed like solving the problem was low on their list, or perhaps nonexistent. It was annoying!

the location was perfect, very close to the spanish steps and within easy walking distance of many attractions. the staff were friendly and provided assistance when needed. our room was a superior double room and was very clean!

amazing location tourist spots friendly staff

the location was amazing! the hotel is near many tourist spots like the spanish steps. it was easy to walk to places like the trevi fountain! the staff were also very friendly.

one small thing, the elevator was quite small! we needed a few trips to get our luggage down for checkout. it wasn't a big deal, but it was a little inconvenient.

the hotel provided luggage storage. it was helpful when we arrived early. the premises looked newly renovated, the decor was modern and stylish.

breakfast had great coffee! i thought it tasted better than coffee from most city cafes. the food spread kept me full until the afternoon. it really set us up for a day of exploring.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful! they offered to store our bags before check-in. they even put our bags in our room before we checked in. It was a nice surprise.

The room had a large, comfortable bed. This. we also had complimentary bottled water, a kettle, and a safe. high ceilings added to the spacious feel of the room!
